The facility includes six identical bathrooms for personal care products, in-depth interviewing rooms, 36 computerized testing booths and large flexible focus group rooms which allow for the security and control of internal testing or a base for home use studies. Our database is comprised of over 20,000 consumers from all ethnicity and social classes. The Wolf Group was actively involved in the writing of ASTM Standards Document which outlines acceptable testing protocols for advertisement claim substantiation studies based on consumer perception.
