We expertise is in the "three sciences" that are critical to the success of innovative medical education and training: the science of medicine, the science of instruction and adult learning and the science of digital technologies. We design and develop custom sales training and medical education programs using the principles of evidence-based training (EBT). We apply the principles of EBT to design pharmaceutical learning programs that get measurably better results. Our commitment to EBT can be seen in our benchmark survey of pharmaceutical reps as adult learners, our funding of independent head-to-head studies that evaluate various instructional tactics and our research into learning economics and focus on the "transfer problem."
