We are a full-service marketing research company and have conducted about 5,000 studies for hundreds of major companies worldwide. Our study types include new products and services, market structure/segmentation, marketing communications and satisfaction research. We use all methods of data collection including in-person (intercepts & door-to-door), computer- aided telephone, online, and mail. We do quantitative & qualitative, domestic & international studies. We are a medium-sized company – large enough to handle complex studies, yet small enough so that senior people give your studies personal attention. We don't have a dedicated sales team. Project Directors who work on your proposals also manage your studies. You will not get handed off to a junior person.
